just started injecting steroids a friend of mine has been doing it for me
been going in to the deltoid muscle and now i want to start doing it myself any advice.
for the deltoid muscle and proper injection of the steroids you should place the needle at 90 degree angle or slightly angled up into the middle of the deltoid muscle. The place where you are injecting steroids is approximately 2- 3 finger widths below the bony end of the of your shoulder bone
