Beans are also high in complex carbohydrates and iron.By the way soluble fiber can help

And you know what?
Kidney beans, black beans, Pintos, Limas, you name the bean, the whole majority of beans are quite cheap and easy to prepare so it is a good thing to include them in your diet as a bodybuilder to grow bigger muscles.

The single downside on beans is flatulence, because beans have a type of sugar molecules that are also found in cabbage named oligosaccharides and because the human body digestive tract does not contain any anti-oligosaccharide enzymes, bacteria digests it thus resulting flatulence.

Don`t worry though, some bean flatulence aka farts 😀 won`t affect your muscles and neither your bodybuilding career.
