Salsa Chicken Quinoa is a simple, tasty, and very healthy, high protein recipe to grow your muscles with. I`ve told you that quinoa is good in a previous recipe post, click if you want to read more about how to cook quinoa Salmon Quinoa Recipe.

Ingredients for Salsa Chicken Quinoa

  • 2 cups of uncooked quinoa
  • 24 ounces of cooked chicken
  • 2 cups of salsa
  • 1 cup chopped raw onion
  • optional, diced jalapeno
  • After reading how to cook the quinoa properly from the Salmon Quinoa Recipe , get the chicken out of the fridge and cook it or if the chicken is already cooked, mix it with salsa and the chopped raw onion. After cooking the quinoa too, mix them all up and divide them evenly into 5 Tupperware containers (5 servings/meals). Now eat one serving of this recipe and let your muscles grow big and strong!

    You can simplify the recipe to look like in the pic, without salsa and without having to mix them.
