This spinach and rice recipe is quite simple to make and it`s full of vitamins, carbs, has a low calorie intake and a little dash of proteins.

Ingredients for Spinach and Rice Recipe:

  • 1/3 cup rice, cooked
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 egg white, beaten until fluffy
  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley to give flavour to the spinach and rice recipe
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 teaspoon whole-wheat bread crumbs
  • How to cook this Spinach and Rice recipe
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and then in a mixing bowl, combine rice and cottage cheese. In a small bowl, mix together the egg white, parsley, dill, and pepper.

    After you`ve done that add the spinach and egg white mixture to rice mixture. Mix it well. Pour into casserole dish sprinkle bread crumbs on top and then bake it for 40 minutes.

    For this amount used, you get 2 servings of spinach and rice for growing your muscles!
