Toney Freeman travels a lot, so he runs into this situation often. When Toney`s staying at a hotel he usually focuses on doing quick and pumping workouts. Toney Freeman tryes to choose a hotel that has a fitness room and then, Toney adapts his workout to the equipment from the hotel.

Sometimes circumstance doesn’t allow Freeman to do that, so he has to figure out a workaround. Traveling all the time definitely requires workarounds for Toney Freeman.

  • Barbell curl 3 sets 20 reps
  • Alternate Dumbbell curl 3 sets 8-12 reps
  • 1-arm Dumbbell preacher curl 3 sets 8-12 reps
