Ingredients for Blueberry and Cottage Cheese Delight

  • 1/4 cup of skim milk
  • 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or more if needed in that blueberry and cottage cheese delight :D
  • 1 cup of whole fresh blueberries to fruit up the dish
  • How to prepare (cook) Blueberry and Cottage Cheese Delight

    Combine the cottage cheese, skim milk, and flour in a bowl and beat the egg whites until frothy but not stiff to add on that cottage cheese mixture. Add lemon juice to the mixture, stir it nice and slow, add blueberries, and stir some more.

    Pour all of the batter into a nonstick frying pan and turn the “pancake thing” when the top of it begins to bubble and bottom is lightly browned.
    Divide into four slices and serve. I hope you will like this blueberry and cottage cheese desert/snack (cause it helps the muscles get some energy and carbs) :D !
