Ingredients for Chicken Caesar Salad

  • 1 torn large Romaine lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups with chopped, cooked, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice for a tasty low fat chicken caesar salad 😀
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup with fat free croutons
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup with grated parmesan cheese
  • How to cook Chicken Caesar Salad
    For your dressing you can use some drained plain non fat yogurt. Put the torn Romaine lettuce in a big serving bowl, top with the chicken breast, croutons and sprinkle with some grated parmesan cheese.

    Whisk dressing ingredients together and drizzle them over the freshly made low fat Chicken Caesar Salad. Gently toss the salad until combined and add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
