How to cook Chicken Sausage Frittata
Preheat a non-stick skillet to 200 F and on a cutting board mince the garlic (that gives flavor to the Chicken Sausage Frittata if you didn`t forgot) and keep to the side. Use a grater to shave the zucchini and keep to the side with the minced garlic. Chop up the basil fine, as fine as you can to give the Chicken Sausage Frittata besides flavor a nice appearance. In a blender, blend egg whites for about 5 seconds, add Dijon mustard and blend again for another 5 seconds.
In the frying pan, remove the chicken from its casing by slitting one end and squeezing the meat out from the other end. Add olive oil to cook and after 5 minutes, add the garlic, zucchini and cook together with the meat.
