How to cook that delicious Three Bean Salad
Steam / cook the green beans in a pot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes, until they get tender-crisp. Drain and put the beans in some cold water to stop them cooking and retain colour for good looks
then combine the cooked green beans with cannellini beans, kidney beans and shallots in a large bowl.
Whisk together the vinegar, oil and mustard and pour the mixture over the three bean future salad! You can serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
