Katherine is cute, sexy and ravishing but if you want to be like her you really got to go through her intensive workout and diet plan or else.. you will not get that hot! 😀

One thing that you should really know about Katherine Heigl is that she hated working out (so if you hate it too, there`s one big resemblance between you and her). After meeting the Hollywood trainer Harley Pasternak that also has done wonders with Lady Gaga, Katherine Heigl got a intense workout that made her build some muscles to improve the appearance of her super sexy legs and stunning body.

Katherine Heigl said that she is in the best shape of her life!

Katherine Heigl`s Workout

Katherine`s workout consisted of cardio and circuit training 25- 50 minutes, 5 times a week and when she was on set, she would still do something like jumping rope or lifting dumbbells outside her celebrity trailer :D.
Exercises that Katherine Heigl used in her workout:

  • Jogging and stair climbing for a cardio warm-up and of course leg warm-up too

  • 25 dumbbell flies for her firm but still feminine chest
  • 25 lunges for her incredible legs (to die for i might say)
  • 25 lower-body crunches
  • After doing these exercises, Katherine would do another 5-30 minutes of running (cardio), elliptical training or biking.

    Katherine Heigl`s Diet Plan
    She had a workout and diet plan like any other celebrity eating for example:

  • french toast with ricotta pillows for breakfast
  • mixed-berry shake
  • salad with chicken and black beans for lunch
  • hummus crudite as a snack
  • Sea Bass with brown rice and soybean (edamame) for dinner
  • Once a week Katherine Heigl had a cheat day when she would eat whatever she wanted!

    So Katherine ate whatever Harley Pasternak said in his “5 factor diet” to get that body. Work out hard and eat healthy if you want to feel incredible and get that confidence in you that you always needed!

    Did you see Katherine Heigl`s legss??? they aree so sweetttt i`m trying for ages to look like her but katherine and her workout just beat me 🙂 i kind of have a normal diet though

    I am working with a personal trainer and really enjoy it. One of the things that he does is work with his clients on their goals. One of my goals is to lose 15 lbs in 3 months to look like Katherine Heigl and i would try her workout and diet plan too. I think that this is a reasonable goal.
