How to cook Salmon Steak with Ginger and Lime
Combine the softened unsalted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder and that minced fresh ginger in a bowl and set aside till you need them again. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over high heat and add the salmon fillet. Add on the steak a little butter mixture that we left aside earlier but no.. add a half of that mixture.
Cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side so you can turn the salmon steak and put the other half of remaining butter mixture on the other side of the salmon fillet and cook another 4-5 minutes until the salmon gets a little crispy. Garnish that whole protein dish with lime slices for a great taste and eat eat eat to grow grow grow your muscles! Steaks rull!
