We all need our protein intake for healthy, strong and hard muscles and this is the perfect dish, a high protein meal with 50-60 g of protein.
Ingredients for Salmon Steak with Ginger and Lime

  • 4 salmon fillets of 6 ounces each but there`s no problem if the salmon is heavier
  • 8 slices of lime for vitamin c that you need for growing muscles :D
  • 2 tablespoons of softened unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder for an almost stinky breath :)
  • 2 teaspoons of minced fresh ginger for flavour
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • How to cook Salmon Steak with Ginger and Lime

    Combine the softened unsalted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder and that minced fresh ginger in a bowl and set aside till you need them again. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over high heat and add the salmon fillet. Add on the steak a little butter mixture that we left aside earlier but no.. add a half of that mixture.

    Cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side so you can turn the salmon steak and put the other half of remaining butter mixture on the other side of the salmon fillet and cook another 4-5 minutes until the salmon gets a little crispy. Garnish that whole protein dish with lime slices for a great taste and eat eat eat to grow grow grow your muscles! Steaks rull!
