  • 3 diced unpeeled red apples
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 6 oz. of drained white tuna
  • 1 cup with chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup with walnut kernel

    This easy recipe is very tasty and again easy to make.. you just have to toss together the apples with the lemon juice, tuna, celery and walnuts for a nutritious meal that you need for growing your muscles. Mix them well with mayonnaise and salt/pepper lightly to taste.
    After doing all this mixing together, the only thing that remains to do before eating is to refrigerate the mix for a couple of hours and serve on a bed of lettuce.
