plateauing bodybuilder fitnessI know that nowadays teens have more strength and it can be a bummer for you to see them hit those weights hard and strong while you`re plateauing at the same weight on the benchpress. This is why i should give you some tips on how to avoid hitting plateau in workout.

Plateau workout strength muscles.. these are keywords that when combined they can give us a bad depression!

If you are already in that pickle with the plateau workout strength muscles keywords you should know that supplements like creatine, beta-alanine, l-glutamine, vitamins, proteins and others will not help you break that plateau barrier from your workout. Your plateau can be resolved with a simple training solution and that solution can be one of these:

  • rest
  • maybe a bigger food intake
  • It is possible that you train too much and if you are older or if you`re just strength training all the time, you need more recovery time that meaning rest. You get stronger resting from the work you did in the gym and eating lots and lots of food so be sure to fight that muscle strength plateau.
