Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

  • 1 scoop of protein powder for muscle mass
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup of raw oats for healthy muscle fibers
  • 1 and a half teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 sweetener packs
  • 1 and a half teaspoon of baking powder
  • How to cook Oatmeal Pancakes
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds till you get a nice mixture of healthy ingredients. Then pour the mixture onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake till it gets nice and fluffy. You can also add some frozen fruit for some extra vitamins that will surely help your body regain energy from your last intense workout if it was in the morning :D.
