Need something good? Need something tasty & sweet that comes in a mix? Well you’ve hit the jackpot with this tasty & sweet mixed nut cookies recipe ohh and besides the pecans, walnuts and peanuts the cookie recipe has muscle building supplements too :) .

Ingredients for Tasty & Sweet Nut Cookies

  • 3 teaspoon of Olivina (non-hydrogenated olive oil margarine or something like that)
  • 1 cup of artificial sweetener derived from sugar meaning Splenda :)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 and a half teaspoon of ground cinnamon for flavoured cookies
  • 2/3 cup with pecans
  • 2/3 cup with peanuts
  • 2/3 cup crushed walnuts (the nut mix is good because you will get lots of proteins and healthy fats)
  • 3 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder the muscle building supplement for bodybuilders
  • How to make Tasty & Sweet Nut Cookies

    In a mixing bowl add 3 teaspoons of Olivina (that weird olive oil margarine), 1 cup of Splenda, 1 egg, 1 and a half teaspoon ground cinnamon and then start mixing baby.

    Next add the pecans, peanuts and maybe the crushed walnuts to the bowl because they’re the main ingredient. After doing that job add miracle muscle builder .. the protein powder!!!

    On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, put a fair number of equal portions of the nut mixture, separating them about 2 inches apart from one another but remember to flat the cookies.

    Place into the oven for 6 minutes, or until you see the Olivina bubbling from the mix nut cookies. When finished, pull from the oven and allow to cool and enjoy your tasty & sweet nut cookies that also grow muscles.
