If you don’t want to go bananas with all kinds of bread that can make you gain unnecessary weight that meaning fat not muscles 🙂 you can try baking your own batch of loaves, protein banana loaves to be more exactly (protein for building muscles, bananas for carbs or energy :D).

Ingredients for muscle building protein and banana loaves:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 scoop of banana flavored protein powder
  • 1 1/3 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 very ripe mashed banana
  • Whisk together the egg whites, mashed banana, and water. After combining the vanilla / banana flavored protein powder, Splenda, and baking powder in a separate bowl, stir them into the wet ingredients until they get fully blended. I think you can almost taste that muscle building protein and banana loaf.

    Pour the resulted muscle mixture into six mini loaf pans until about 1/4 full and bake at 300 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
