If you don’t want to go bananas with all kinds of bread that can make you gain unnecessary weight that meaning fat not muscles you can try baking your own batch of loaves, protein banana loaves to be more exactly (protein for building muscles, bananas for carbs or energy :D).

Whisk together the egg whites, mashed banana, and water. After combining the vanilla / banana flavored protein powder, Splenda, and baking powder in a separate bowl, stir them into the wet ingredients until they get fully blended. Pour the resulted muscle mixture into six mini loaf pans until about 1/4 full and bake at 300 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
