I’ve managed to find Andreia Brazier’s diet and it’s filled with lots of helpful details for those desperate girls who need a positive change in their life.

In Andreia Brazier’s workout you’ll see some bodyweight exercises that focus on the whole body muscles like:

  • one leg squat
  • bodyweight lunges
  • different jumping exercises like the power jump
  • push ups that focus on the chest muscles
  • a fitness kind of clean and jerk
  • hanging leg raises

Andreia follows a carb cycle type of diet plan where she usually eats high in protein and low in carbs for 3 or 4 days, then she has 1 day high in carbs. Andreia Brazier is lucky with her husband because Tom Brazier is also her personal trainer and he changes her workout and diet depending on how he thinks that she looks. As for the supplements that Andreia Brazier is using, she said that in her diet plan you can see:

  • Fish Oil
  • Multivitamins
  • Glutamine
  • BCAA’s
  • L-Carnitine
  • CLA
  • Whey Protein
  • ZMA

So Andreia’s diet looks like this:

Low carb day

After Andreia Brazier wakes up she takes 1 teaspoon of Omega 3 fish oil, 10g Glutamine, 5xBCAA and some multivitamins.

  • Meal 1: 120g lean steak with 30g macadamia nuts
  • Meal 2: 100g chicken/turkey breast for good protein intake
  • Meal 3: lean steak, some green vegetables with a small handful of nuts (Macadamias, Almonds or Walnuts). Kind of an expensive diet? Well stop buying food from Mcdonalds!
  • Pre-Workout Meal: protein shake and 1 tablespoon of liquid L-Carnitine
  • Meal 4: another protein shake, 15g of Glutamine and 1 tablespoon of liquid L-Carnitine
  • Meal 5: 150g white fish and 100g of green vegetables

Before bed, Andreia Brazier takes some ZMA and during the day she tries to drink at least 2.5 or even 3 litres of water a day; Sometimes she drinks green tea too.

High carb day

Again, after she wakes up, Andreia takes a teaspoon with Omega 3 fish oil, 10g Glutamine, 5xBCAA and some multivitamins.

  • Meal 1: 80g oatmeal with water, almond milk and a scoop of whey protein.
  • Meal 2: 120g chicken breast and some broccoli, yep sometimes you gotta eat broccoli too that’s what it takes to get a beautiful body
  • Meal 3: 120g extra lean steak, 100g broccoli, 60g of quinoa or wholegrain rice
  • Pre-Workout Meal: protein shake and 1 tablespoon of liquid L-Carnitine
  • Meal 4: protein shake, 1 scoop of Greens Powder, 10g Glutamine and 1 tablespoon of Liquid L-Carnitine
  • Meal 5: 120g white fish, sweet potato and broccoli
  • Meal 6: protein pancake made out of egg whites/scoops of whey powder or alternate casein powder with 30g peanut butter; Sounds delicious.

Before going to bed, Andreia Brazier takes some ZMA. Sometimes she will snack on low fat cottage cheese with almond flakes but enough about Andreia Brazier’s diet, did you like the whole workout and diet thing? I sure did love to write about this sexy female fitness model!
