Sorry for the long absence but now i’m back! Growing big muscles, especially a big chest, is quite hard and it takes time and dedication; Of course, without a great workout and diet you’re going to the gym for nothing but sometimes you also need some proper motivation and today’s motivation comes from Ronnie Coleman the former Mr. Olympia!
A usual Ronnie Coleman workout is hardcore but he’s on juice, roids or steroids and that’s why he’s got such a lean muscle mass and huge strength. You should always know that, for a big chest, you will need at least 4-5 basic exercises in that chest workout of yours and here is a taste of what Ronnie Coleman uses for his chest workout:
- Bench Press(dumbbells or barbells)
- Incline Bench Press
- Decline Bench Press
- Pullover Dips
As you can see in the above photo of Ronnie, every exercise targets a different part of the chest muscles and since you want a huge chest, then you should try these exercises too! There are different weight lifting routines out there but some exercises have to always stick to your workout.
