Jay Z – Oh My God

Today i went to the gym and i destroyed my legs with a little hardcore training, yeah, it was grueling! The good thing was that while i was working out to get big muscles, my songs for workout made me go even harder and when Jay Z’s Oh my god song started playing, i became an animal!

If you don’t like to train a particular part of your body, you can always try to listen some good workout songs ’cause they will help a lot.

So, my intense leg workout for today looked something like this:

  • Leg extensions: 5 sets with 8 reps
  • Leg curls: 5 sets with 8 reps
  • Leg press: 6 sets with 6-7 reps ( i went hardcore there)
  • Squats: 3 sets with 8-10 reps
  • Sissy Squats: 3 sets with 10-12 reps ( What’s a Sissy Squat)
  • Calf raises from different angles 8 sets with 7 reps to failure

Halfway through my leg workout i felt like stopping but i didn’t with the help of some good music! Try bringing your own music to the gym and see those great workout results! Buy a mp3 player and start changing your body!
