Babe I’m Gonna Leave You (but not the gym) – Led Zeppelin

After the holidays and also after a long long break from the gym, your muscles are in a serious need of some hardcore training sessions. Your muscle mass is beginning to get smaller and that’s because your muscle tonus is gone!

It’s time to lift some weights and bring back to life your big muscles from that almost bodybuilder body after a New Year’s Eve long break! Some great workout songs can help too

Sure, a serious weightlifter shouldn’t drink and “eat big” but you really can’t have fun in between the years if you’re the guy who spoils the party…

But now everything is back to normal and if you begin your weightlifting schedule, please make a gradual change to your old workout and diet and also use some songs for workout.

You should start your weightlifting routine from the bottom, don’t use those heavy weights which you’ve been used to 2 weeks ago! Start light with a good warm up and then go to about 75% of your usual weights. Why is that? Because you risk a nasty muscle injury or in the best case, an intense and painful muscle soreness which will last for at least a week.

Ohh and put this crazy tune from Led Zeppelin on your mp3 player, it will help you get through the first lazy ass training sessions.. Go half hard or go home! :D
