Karina Akmens, the Latvian princess, didn’t want to be skinny anymore and because of the fact that she constantly changed different diets which made her sometimes to even faint, she started lifting weights.

After a year and a half of grueling training and a hardcore diet plan, she managed to look like she does now! Awesome physique on a beautiful fitness model!
