Ingredients which you need to prepare that easy breakfast recipe:
- 1 slice of Ezekiel bread
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon filled with delicious unsweetened strawberry cream
- 1 tablespoon with Hershey syrup, the no sugar kind
Now let’s get to work and start making the easiest bodybuilder breakfast ever! Toast that slice of Ezekiel bread and pour the strawberry cream on top of it; Slice that medium banana and place it on the slice of bread in a pyramid shape.
After going through these steps, you can add some chocolate syrup and let it in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes. The resulted serving has about 40 grams of carbs and 5 grams of protein. Enjoy!
