Led Zeppelin has a lot of great songs for workout and this one is more of a pre workout one :D. Today’s workout music is more of a get into the mood for anything and this song is called “rock and roll”; Imagine that, rock & roll going hand in hand with the gym !
Let’s try doing something new at the gym today.. focus on just one body part which you lack, try new exercises that stimulate the muscle growth in more than one place of that body part and just feel great on a sunny day!
You really have to be in a great mood in order to tear that gym apart and first of all you have to be fun and then try to focus all of your stress in lifting weights;
You’ll see that, by the end of your workout, you’ll be more confident and happy! And try to stay hydrated ’cause it’s a hot day and you need your liquids if you want to get big muscles, eating lots of food isn’t enough bro!
