easy to make desserts for bodybuildersFrom time to time, we usually feel the need for something sweet and tasty and since we can’t eat a Snickers bar, cause it will ruin our diet plan, we have to improvise and make our own bodybuilder dessert!

I know that most of you also have jobs and that free time is hard to obtain these days so I’ve went on searching an easy to make bodybuilding dessert and I’ve found a high protein pumpkin cake which will make your taste buds feel like they’re in heaven!

It’s hard to find an appropriate dessert that can fit into your strict diet plan because, usually, every sweet thing on this godforsaken planet has SUGAR!

Ingredients for the simple to cook high protein pumpkin cake:

  • 1/2 cup of mashed pumpkin
  • 1 big egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon with protein powder (vanilla)
  • some Splenda
  • a pinch of pumpkin pie condiment
  • 1 tablespoon with natural peanut butter

To prepare this delicious and nutritional dish you have to blend the mashed pumpkin with the egg, protein powder, Splenda and the condiment.

After mixing them all up, you’ll get a nice looking mixture which you have to put inside the microwave and cook it at medium heat for about 2 minutes or until it gets big and fluffy.

After you do that, get that peanut butter and heat it all up in the microwave until it’s liquidish and pour it onto the pumkin cake!

This tasty and easy to make high protein pumpkin cake can be divided into 2 portions, each having: 23g of protein, 16g of carbs and 9g of fats!
