In order to increase the muscle size in traps, you usually gotta’ go heavy with the weights and double the amount of time spent for training them separately but with today’s top training tip, I guess you’re wondering how to train traps and back in the same time and the answer is pretty easy:
The fact is that most people turn a back movement into a trap movement but in this tutorial video, you’ll see how to intentionally do that.
For example, when doing seated rows, instead of keeping the normal form when doing the exercise, you should lean a little in the back when doing the rep; That’s how you put emphasis on the trap muscles too!
And the guy is right, if you want to keep a classic bodybuilder look, you should also do the normal barbell shrugs and dumbbell shrugs (different position of the hands) but you have to combine them all, even if shrugs might injure your shoulders, don’t worry everybody does them and they’re fine.
