I`ll start with something that everybody knows; When it comes to training their arms, many individuals tend to focus on their triceps and especially on their biceps.

It`s understandable but think about it!

When you`re outside the probability of wearing a t-shirt or a short sleeve shirt is big thus meaning that the most visible part of your arms will be and i guess you`ve figured it out, the forearms. So please give your forearms some time in your workout to make them be strong and muscular.

The easiest way to train your forearm muscles in order to get them big and strong is to hold the handles of the weights that you`re using very tight when working out because this, besides helping you build big forearm muscles will also help you get a strong grip.

How to train forearm muscles in order to get them big and strong?

To get big forearm muscles you should do one quick, easy and very effective exercise that will definitely yield results. That exercise is called wrist curls with dumbbells (bar or cables) and you can do it like so:

Begin by flexing the weights up, exhaling

Slowly return the dumbbells to the starting position, inhaling

When doing this exercise for big forearm muscles please make sure that you breathe and keep your forearms motionless, the only movement done being the movement of the wrist. You can do this exercise with cables, bars or dumbbells.

Your forearms are used with intense training so you can train them twice a week in order to get them big, muscular and strong. An example of intense wrist curl exercise: Do a superset of normal wrist curls and then with pronation (reverse grip). Do 4 of these supersets with a 1 minute break between them.

Just try to give your forearms the same care and dedication as any major muscle group that you love working out if you want to get them big and strong and i hope that i answered your need for information on how to get big forearm muscles.

Do you know what made me write about Jared Padalecki and his muscles? Well the WB series Supernatural that just keeps me plugged with those two brothers, Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) .

These two actors are quite big and Sam Winchester`s (Jared Padalecki) height is about 6’4″ or 1.93 m so you can understand how he got nicknames like: Sasquatch, Jare, J-Rod. Jared Padalecki is of Polish descent and was born on 19 july 1982 in San Antonio, Texas. Recently about 1 or 2 years ago Jared started working out.. and man what a workout! Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) got a real god like physique where muscles pop out of it and you can see that from the pictures/photos that are in the short gallery from this post.

Jared Padalecki`s favorite food is cheeseburger with mustard lettuce and tomato.

Jared Padalecki`s favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough and he is lactose intolerant, but still eats these dairy products like the Cold Stone ice cream. Jared says it`s worth the tummy ache.

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) packed 35 pounds of muscle with the help of Scot Mendelson the world bench press champion that made Jared do short intense and very powerful workouts mostly of pumping iron with very heavy weights for total muscle fiber activation.

Total muscle fiber activation means total MUSCLE GROWTH!

After workouts Jared Padalecki would get a healthy 600 calorie protein shake. It`s too bad that i didn`t find more details about Sam Winchester`s (Jared Padalecki) workout and diet…

One of the most dramatic modifications of the body that can affect your fresh tattoo is the gain or loss of weight that including muscle gain from strength training more precisely bodybuilding. If you have tattoos, or are thinking of getting one, these changes of the body with the weight and muscle loss or gain need to be taken into consideration as how they may affect your ink from the tattoo and the disproportions that can appear.

Weight Loss and Tattoos

Weight Gain and Tattoos

Muscle Gain and Tattoos

Weight Loss and Tattoos

Depending on how much weight you lose, it may or may not affect your ink from the tattoo. With these body changes if they`re even big there will be just a slight shrinking of the tattoo and usually it won’t change the appearance much at all, unless the tattoo was too detailed from the beginning. Lines that run too closely together could theoretically blend and cause a distorted image, but this is a very rare occurrence in the cases of tattoos.

The single possible exception to the above rule for tattoos would be drastic weight loss over a short period of time, such as from bariatric surgery or illness that can also reduce your muscles, which results in areas of sagging skin like obese people that get suddenly skinny. If a tattoo resides in an area where the skin is sagging from the body changes, obviously it will also affect the appearance of the tattoo itself.

Weight Gain and Tattoos

Weight gain is like weight loss as body changes for the tattoo so don`t worry so much but the problem with weight gain, though, is the possibility of stretch marks. If you get stretch marks in an area where you have a tattoo, it will ruin your ink and these are the worst body changes. The deeper the stretch marks are, the worse the damage will be for the tattoo and it is irreversible also affecting your self esteem thus having problems when working out.. decrease of energy, lack of bla bla u know what i m yapping about

Muscle Gain and Tattoos

If you’re working out and growing muscles a bit, it shouldn’t affect your tattoo at all. But if you’re doing heavy weightlifting for significant muscle mass gain, this could cause a problem for a tattoo in that area. The better the placement of the tattoo in relation to the muscle, the less chance of distorting the image as a result of muscle bulge or other body changes. If you’re already a weight lifter and have achieved your optimum muscle mass, getting a tattoo shouldn’t cause any issues but don`t stop weightlifting cause the tattoo will shrink a little. The only thing you’ll want to be careful about is working out while you’re healing a new tattoo.

Well these are really just “how to shape muscles myths”

The truth is you can`t shape muscles, you can only make the whole muscle bigger or smaller, to quote a fitness expert:

A muscle is just like a rubber band, it provides a pulling motion between its two attach points.

You can make that muscle bigger or smaller with exercise but you can`t change its shape despite that myth, here it`s all about genetics and that`s why some people’s biceps are shaped like bananas and other people`s biceps are shaped like baseballs.

If you really want to try and fool genetics forget about the “how to shape muscles myths” and try some isolation exercises that can exercise one muscle and make it bigger while leaving the surrounding muscles unchanged leaving the impression of a more shaped muscle.

Women are just lazy and want to be beautiful without exercise and proper nutrition!!!

In the ad for shake weight there is something like this:”If your arms aren’t on fire after just 6 minutes, return the Shake Weight® for a 100% refund of EVERY dime you paid – we’ll even pay to take it back! “;
How stupid can you be to believe that bullshit?

Of course your arms will be on fire after 6 minutes of intense movement using the shake weight if you don`t exercise at all and that`s your first time, i mean d`ohhhhhhh even masturbation makes your hands sore if you do it after a while of break .

Ladies, stick with the old exercises, eat healthy and forget about that shake weight miracle lie! (and by the way, those girls in the commercial for shake weight train intensely in the gym to look as best as they can for that kind of commercials because they are MODELS and they are needed only when the body is in great shape and looks good, omg just forget about that shake weight !!!!!!!)

After hours of fasting your body is primed to absorb and utilise far more nutrients than it is able to at other times from the meals in that day.

Blood glucose levels are low, muscle glycogen and amino acid stores are low and your body will be in a state of dehydration, you are like a zombie. When you eat that breakfast, your body will release a hugely anabolic hormone called insulin and this “storage hormone” will send nutrients to your starved muscles elevating protein synthesis and creating the anabolic environment you need to grow the muscle cell. By not sitting down to breakfast skipping that calorie dense, protein rich meal and exploiting this opportunity you are affecting in a negative way your potential for growth, not to mention missing out on a multitude of other health benefits.

It is very difficult to hit your calorie quota for the day if you skimp on breakfast, you’ll be missing out on that all important metabolic kick that powers your body with energy through the day.

If you work out in the morning you should eat protein and carbohydrates at breakfast about 30 to 60 minutes before that. If you don’t feel hungry, you still need to eat this mix even if you drink a protein shake!

Include a fruit or vegetable in your breakfast. Most guys don’t eat enough, so this is an easy way to boost your intake. The small amount of carbohydrates will restore liver glycogen levels, thus providing your muscles and brain the fuel they need to function at their peak, so remember that eating your breakfast is crucial if you want to grow muscles!

I have always believe that the best way to learn how to proper workout and keep a proper diet is through experience in time. To me, exercise and nutrition are very important. When I see a fitness trainer that is extremely overweight or out of shape, I question how they could understand what it really takes to have healthier lifestyle. Fitness trainers gained enough knowledge and information from text sources to have an idea but, to me, without experiencing it from day to day, you can never truly understand what it takes to be a great bodybuilder with lean muscle mass .. fat free!

The potential personal trainer possess some sort of legitimate certification in order to prove that he is qualified to train your body to the limits in order to build that perfect physique but some of them are really overweight or out of shape.

Does it matter if your fitness trainer is overweight or out of shape?
In my opinion it matters because in most cases if the trainer is lean and has well defined muscles all the people come to him, but it depends on the audience of fitness trainers.. If you seek a personal, fitness trainer to get stronger you would be inclined to listen to a big, overweight, no-necked powerlifter and if you want a athletic body you would listen to a fitness trainer that looks like a Ken doll .

Oh well you can`t put your fitness trainers on steroids and give them a strict diet they do what they want with their bodies.

Dental caries (tooth decay) can affect your heart if you keep them untreated and can destroy your dream to become the best bodybuilder, so goodbye bodybuilding. If you have dental caries (tooth decay), the gums become more sensitive, they bleed and bacteria reaches the arteries.

Once bacteria from the dental caries (tooth decay) gets into the blood, it weakens the heart and lead to diseases like endocarditis or myocarditis and if you get one of these diseases from the dental caries (tooth decay) you should know that strong effort in the gym it is not recommended..

So bodybuilding and building big muscles are out of the question because your heart gets very stimulated during training with very heavy weights thus leading to its failure if you have a disease like endocarditis or myocarditis due to dental caries (tooth decay).

Do visit your dentist once at 6 months!
