<p>Kevin Ferguson (Kimbo Slice) spent a few years climbing the ladder in fly-by-night promotions such as <strong>EliteXC</strong> before getting a chance to go from a cage to the <strong>Octagon</strong>.Although the heavyweight muscle Kimbo Slice does have a big name in the mainstream media and is a fan magnet with huge muscles and strength, the truth is that Kimbo is <strong>not a skilled MMA fighter</strong>.</p>
<p>Even training with <strong>America’s Top Team</strong>, a very well-respected <strong>MMA school in Florida</strong> – did not give Slice what he needed to become an all around fighter despite his strength in muscles. Sure, he can stand toe-to-toe to punch and bang but when taken to the ground, Slice’s game left a lot to be desired. <strong>Mitrione</strong>’s strategy was just that and doing so earned him the victory.At a age of 36, Slice will never have the opportunity that he did again. Being with the <strong>UFC</strong> was the culmination of Kimbo Slice (Kevin Ferguson), a streetfighter with a short career and he did not show he had what it takes to compete against the best in the world.<br /><span id="more-2841"></span></p>

Cam Gigandet is skinny compared to bodybuilders but he has a conditioned body and women adore this kind of physique.<br />
He`s just like a model in fashion magazines with a refined physique and crisp abs.</p>
<p>He had a small career as a football player (quarterback) but he realized that he doesn`t like it so much and his favorite exercises are swimming, and at the gym clean and jerks (he doesn`t master them).</p>
<p><strong>Cam Gigandet`s workout routine</strong></p>
<p>Cam got to a  6-8% body fat and he held it still for a few months by having a great workout.His workout is bodybuilder styled but he trains his physique with light weights and a lot of reps.It`s good that i found out what weights he uses in his muscle building routine.</p>
<p><strong>Monday- Chest</strong></p>
<li>3 sets– 25 push-ups</li>
<li>3 sets– nautilus presses (45 kg, 55 kg, 65 kg)</li>
<li>3 sets– nautilus incline presses (55 kg, 65 kg, 70 kg)</li>
<li>3 sets– pec deck machine (40 kg, 45 kg, 50 kg)</li>

<p><strong>Wednesday– Shoulders</strong></p>
<li>3 sets– arnold presses (35 kg, 35 kg, 35 kg)</li>
<li>3 sets– dumbbell lateral raises (15 kg, 15 kg, 15 kg)</li>

<li>45 minute treadmill run at 65-75% of maximum heart rate</li>
<p><strong>Cam Gigandet`s Diet Plan</strong></p>

If you want to have a ripped and shredded physique you need to eat high protein foods and choose from healthy fat sources.<br />
Throw away the basic carbs like: cereals, bread, bagels, pasta and replace them with vegetables. This diet will help you eat more without adding more calories and thus making your path to get lean, shredded and ripped more easier!</p>
<p>As you can see from Cam Gigandet`s workout and diet plan, you don&#8217;t necessarily need to gain that much muscle just some resistance training to maintain your actual mass.<br />

<p>and i agree with him.</p>
<p>Now Arnold Schwarzenegger is 63 years old and still hits the gym regularly, but what do you think an 63 year old man can do? Not much i can tell you for sure, still he looks better than other people at that age. He`s an icon but the the paparazzi and the magazines forget about the fact that everybody gets old!</p>

<p><strong>Workout Description</strong></p>
<p>Lady Gaga`s trainer, Harley Pasternak is the writer of &#8220;the 5 factor workout&#8221;, that Lady Gaga is using in her training routine.The workout consists in barbell dumbbell combination weights,<br />
jogging, jumping rope and a circuit training routine.<br />
Harley Pasternak:</p>
<li>Step 1: Gaga does her 5-Factor workout with a HarleyBar, workout bar created by me. That&#8217;s a cool barbell/dumbbell (DB) combination she travels with.</li>
<li>Step 2: Warm-up with a five-minute jog.</li>
<li>Step 3: Do the following three exercises as a circuit. Three times for 25 reps each set &#8211; DB back Rows &#8211; which train your upper back and posture muscles, DB deadlifts, which target your hamstrings, thighs and butt, and Sides bends, which work your love handles and<span id="more-1782"></span> obliques.</li>
<li>Step 4: Five minutes of skipping rope.</li>
<li>Step 5: Eat healthy! Gaga follows my 5-Factor World Diet plan. She&#8217;s really loving the new recipes in my book the 5-Factor World Diet.</li>
