<p>Kevin Ferguson (Kimbo Slice) spent a few years climbing the ladder in fly-by-night promotions such as <strong>EliteXC</strong> before getting a chance to go from a cage to the <strong>Octagon</strong>.Although the heavyweight muscle Kimbo Slice does have a big name in the mainstream media and is a fan magnet with huge muscles and strength, the truth is that Kimbo is <strong>not a skilled MMA fighter</strong>.</p>
<p>Even training with <strong>America’s Top Team</strong>, a very well-respected <strong>MMA school in Florida</strong> – did not give Slice what he needed to become an all around fighter despite his strength in muscles. Sure, he can stand toe-to-toe to punch and bang but when taken to the ground, Slice’s game left a lot to be desired. <strong>Mitrione</strong>’s strategy was just that and doing so earned him the victory.At a age of 36, Slice will never have the opportunity that he did again. I have been researching a lot on the net about steroids, benefits and side effects and after 3 weeks i had to choose between testosterone and dianabol (naposim).</p>
<p>The fact that testosterone is injectable didn`t scare me but, because it was illegal i couldn`t just go to a doctor and put him to inject it to me and i didn`t knew how to make a proper injection on my own.<br />I was afraid of touching a blood vessel or my sciatic nerve.. so i decided to choose dianabol (naposim).</p>
<p><strong> Arnold Schwarzenegger admitted to use dianabol (naposim) and that was encouraging wasn`t it?</strong></p>
<p> I knew all about the side effects and that it could affect my liver or the kidneys but i was willing to take a chance. After i told my friend Jim, he started telling me more and more things that i didn`t knew and he showed me examples.<span id="more-2010"></span></p>
<p><strong>Jim wasn`t pro or against it!</strong></p>
<p>He made me promise that i will think about it and so i did. After another week i started searching for providers and didn`t have enough confidence in them. Jim helped me get 5 packs of dianabol (naposim) with 20 pills per pack and that meant i would of get 5 pills per day:

<li> 2 at lunch</li>
<li>1 after training</li>
<p> I got 1 after training because the level of testosterone grows at its max in the evening and along with it grows the level of estrogen and with dianabol`s (naposim) help, the level will pass some barriers and the risk of gynecomastia gets higher too.<br />
So it was easy to think about it.</p>
<p><strong>Was it worth it?</strong></p>
<p>I guess yea.. because if i was following a strict diet i would of been shredded and godlike <img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Instead this is what happened:
<li>i ate a lot of french fries and fried meat. Did you know that fried chicken and fish have more fats than other meats, and if you boil and grill them the fats are minimum?</li>
<li>i didn`t drink plenty of water, just coke a lot. I was drinking 2 litres of coke a day (for maximum calorie intake).</li>
<li>i didn`t rest that much because i was foolish</li>

<p> For me it was a real fact, once at school someone said something and i cracked and jumped at him and started a fight.<br />Water retention was another side effect of dianabol (naposim).I felt like a sponge. I was euphoric all the time because i just felt great from the pills. My hair remained the same, but gynecomastia was pronounced with dianabol (naposim), still i had gynecomastia since i was 12.</p>
<p><strong>I got huge and powerful</strong></p>
<p> Another month passed and i`ve got from 62 kg to a considerable weight of 87 kg. From all that muscle mass of 25 kg, 15 were of fat.<br /> I`ve fought with Jim and i was on my own. I started to have lots of work at school and for two months i stopped training. I missed the gym so much <img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> .<br /> But everything got much better in my life.. summer came and i really had performance, but about that in another part ( to be continued)</p>

If you want to prevent a bicep injury just warm them properly before starting your workout. Do some empty bar bicep curls 20-40 are enough, and don`t jump into a heavy training routine if you don`t have at least 6 months of training.</p>
<p><strong>Bicep injury rehabilitation</strong><br />
After a bicep injury, you have to take it very slowly at the gym. The most important thing that you need to know:</p>
<li>Use light weights no matter what</li>
<li>for at least 3 weeks use just dumbbells in your bicep workout</li>

When i saw the movie i was 14 years old and didn`t know anything about this world of bodybuilding and how to build muscles, i just thought that Arnold was born with those huge muscles.<br />
After i saw it i went to my parents and told them: &#8220;I want those muscles&#8221; and they said something like: &#8220;Ooh no, they are so ugly and grotesque&#8221; but i knew the fact that  Arnold`s body was like an <strong>grecian ideal</strong> with a <strong>statuesque presence</strong> and the <strong>perfect dimensions</strong>.</p>
<p>Three years later i finally got the chance to go at a gym and i loved it!</p>
<p>My first session involved training the tricep and bicep. I remember<span id="more-1843"></span> it like it was yesterday, the sensation, the feeling, the rush.. just like Arnold Schwarzenegger described it in the movie <strong>&#8220;Pumping Iron&#8221;</strong> :&#8221;..blood is rushing through your muscles, the muscles get a really tight feeling like your skin is going to explode any minute and it`s really tight like someone is blowing air into it, it feels different, it feels fantastic. &#8221;<br />
The next day was followed by a huge soreness and i heard from my gym instructor that soreness was a great thing, cause that means you stretched to the max your muscle fibers.</p>
<p>At that time <strong>i didn`t knew what to eat like proteins, carbs etc.</strong> in order to increase your muscle size. I just knew i had to eat a lot. So everything i got my hands on, got directly to my stomach.<br />

After i tried some workouts and some types of supplements like proteins, aminoacids, vitamins i realized that i was <strong>overtraining</strong> and i heard about that fact on the internet because i began reading everything about muscles and i absorbed the information like a sponge.</p>
<p>I told you about overtraining because my gym instructor kept me for 2-3 hours in the gym and made me go through all the gym equipment that was there so all the hard work and all the money spent on supplements were for nothing, i just got a little more fat and i was tired all the time.<br />
But i lie when i say i had no real benefits, in time my strength increased considerably and that was a positive factor that made me continue bodybuilding..   (to be continued)</p>

<p><strong>Carbohydrates:</strong>Carbohydrates give you <strong>energy</strong> and <strong>fuel</strong> your intense workouts. Most of your carbohydrates should come from complex carbohydrates, such as brown rice, whole grains, and vegetables.</p>
<p><strong>Fats:</strong> Fats assist in certain brain functions and are needed for hormone production. Important fat sources (monounsaturated and EFAs) can be found in olive oil, nuts and fatty fish. Supplementing with essential fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6) is also a good idea. Flax seed oil and fish oils are good sources of EFAs.<span id="more-1043"></span></p>
<p><strong>Protein:</strong>Protein is the building block of muscle. When you train with weights, you tear down muscle. Protein helps your muscles repair themselves after a rigorous session with weights. Try to get at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight. Eat a variety of protein sources to insure you are getting the full spectrum of amino acids. In addition to protein shakes, lean steaks, chicken breasts, fish and milk are great sources.</p>
<p><strong>Fiber and Water:</strong>Drink plenty of water and eat lots of vegetables. Fiber and water are important for carrying waste out of the body.Vegetables also contain powerful antioxidants, which help your body recover from workouts. Spinach, broccoli and lettuce are excellent sources of fiber.</p>
<p><strong>Cardio:</strong><br />
Cardio is necessary to <strong>burn off extra calories</strong>.The key to making cardio work for you is to integrate it in your lifestyle.Start with three 30min sessions weekly and gradually increase the frequency and duration. You only need to perform cardio at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate to be in your fat burning zone. To determine this number, take 220 minus your age, and then take 60-70% of that number.You have to keep your heart rate at this level for more than 20mins before your body switches from burning glycogen (stored sugar) to burning stored fat.Varying the type of cardio you do will also help eliminate boredom. My favorite type of cardio is running, it`s nice cause you`re not stationary, you can see people, landscapes and breathe fresh air.</p>
<p><strong>Resistance Training:</strong>Resistance training builds lean muscle tissue. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn when you are resting. In addition, weight training is the only way to shape your body. When beginning a fat loss phase, a good idea is to reduce the frequency of training sessions. This is because your body&#8217;s energy supplies will already be depleted from the calorie reduction and extra cardio sessions.</p>
<p><strong>Simple Workout Sample:</strong><br />
<strong>Monday:</strong> Chest/Back<br />
<strong>Tuesday:</strong> Cardio<br />
<strong>Wednesday:</strong> Shoulders/Arms<br />
<strong>Thursday:</strong> Cardio<br />
<strong>Friday:</strong> Legs/Abs<br />
<strong>Saturday:</strong> Cardio<br />
<strong>Sunday:</strong> Rest<br />
Combine these three elements (diet, cardio and resistance training) and you have a chance to have six pack abs and i say just chance not to discourage you but it is very rare to be able to deal with it at the first try.The reason why many competitive bodybuilders can get shredded in a matter of weeks is because they&#8217;ve gone on cutting cycles many times before. They already know what works for them and how their body responds to different diets.<br />

You will also develop poor form, which will hinder your efforts and discourage you.If you cannot lift the weight your working with 12 times with proper form, the weight is too heavy.Don&#8217;t choose a very light weight; the last 2-3 repetitions of your set should be difficult.</p>
<p><strong>GOOD TRAINING TECHNIQUE:</strong><br />
To get the most out of weight training and to reduce the chance of injury, use proper lifting<span id="more-1015"></span> techniques.These include working with your muscles through their full range of motion (Not locking out any joints), lifting at a speed at which you can control the weight and easily stop if necessary, and maintaining good posture.</p>
<p><strong>FOCUS ON LARGE MUSCLES FIRST:</strong><br />
You should work your large muscle groups first-your chest, back, and legs before you exercise your biceps, triceps and smaller muscle groups. Because our bodies naturally recruit<br />
large muscle fibers first, these muscles will be the first to fatigue.</p>
<p><strong>TRY TO PROGRESS GRADUALLY:</strong><br />
Increase reps <strong>before</strong> increasing resistance. Reduce rest interval between sets to increase workload.</p>
<p><strong>BREATHE CORRECTLY:</strong><br />
Exhale at the moment of highest effort.</p>
<p><strong>CHALLENGE YOUR MUSCLES:</strong><br />
All weight training should begin progressively, using increases in weight until your goals are reached.Then, change your workout to include increased reps with lowered weights at the end of a set, change the order of exercise, or add sets, etc., to reach new goals. (workouts should change about every 6-weeks).</p>
<p><strong>GIVE YOUR MUSCLES and MIND A REST:</strong><br />
You&#8217;ll get the most out of your training if you give your muscles at least 48 hours rest between<br />
