Ingredients for Tuna Waldorf Salad With Apples On Bed Of Greens

3 diced unpeeled red apples

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

6 oz. of drained white tuna

1 cup with chopped celery

1/4 cup with walnut kernel

1/2 cup with fat-free mayonnaise for us bodybuilders and our need for a low body fat

1 lettuce for the bed of greens

How to cook Tuna Waldorf Salad With Apples On Bed Of Greens

This easy recipe is very tasty and again easy to make.. you just have to toss together the apples with the lemon juice, tuna, celery and walnuts for a nutritious meal that you need for growing your muscles. Mix them well with mayonnaise and salt/pepper lightly to taste.
After doing all this mixing together, the only thing that remains to do before eating is to refrigerate the mix for a couple of hours and serve on a bed of lettuce.

Ingredients for Chicken Sausage Frittata

1 chicken sausage with the meat removed from its casing

1/2 cup with zucchini shavings

1 minced clove of garlic (that gives flavor to this Chicken Sausage Frittata recipe)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

5 fresh or dry basil leaves

5 egg whites

1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Salt to your own taste

How to cook Chicken Sausage Frittata

Preheat a non-stick skillet to 200 F and on a cutting board mince the garlic (that gives flavor to the Chicken Sausage Frittata if you didn`t forgot) and keep to the side. Use a grater to shave the zucchini and keep to the side with the minced garlic. Chop up the basil fine, as fine as you can to give the Chicken Sausage Frittata besides flavor a nice appearance. In a blender, blend egg whites for about 5 seconds, add Dijon mustard and blend again for another 5 seconds.

In the frying pan, remove the chicken from its casing by slitting one end and squeezing the meat out from the other end. Add olive oil to cook and after 5 minutes, add the garlic, zucchini and cook together with the meat. Mix everything together so that the different flavors come together and make a special dish of Chicken Sausage Frittata.
After mixing all the ingredients, add the eggs and sprinkle with basil and salt. Cover the dish with a lid and cook until the frittata has no more liquid on top.

Salsa Chicken Quinoa is a simple, tasty, and very healthy, high protein recipe to grow your muscles with. I`ve told you that quinoa is good in a previous recipe post, click if you want to read more about how to cook quinoa Salmon Quinoa Recipe.

Ingredients for Salsa Chicken Quinoa

2 cups of uncooked quinoa

24 ounces of cooked chicken

2 cups of salsa

1 cup chopped raw onion

optional, diced jalapeno

After reading how to cook the quinoa properly from the Salmon Quinoa Recipe , get the chicken out of the fridge and cook it or if the chicken is already cooked, mix it with salsa and the chopped raw onion. After cooking the quinoa too, mix them all up and divide them evenly into 5 Tupperware containers (5 servings/meals). Now eat one serving of this recipe and let your muscles grow big and strong!

You can simplify the recipe to look like in the pic, without salsa and without having to mix them.

Ingredients:

1 tuna can (you know the main ingredient for tuna burger )

1 egg white

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/8 cup chopped onion

1/8-1/4 cup mayonnaise

Garlic and onion powder

How to prepare Tuna Burgers

Put the tuna, oats, and whisked egg whites together in a bowl and mix them.Stir in onion, mayo, garlic, onion powder and then form the resulting paste into burger patties.Place the patties on a grill or skillet and flip at half time as you would with a regular burger because of the tuna that is precooked.

grow. Beans were a important source of protein during the old and new world, and they still are.

Besides protein, kidney beans or other beans have significant amounts of fiber and soluble fiber, one cup of cooked beans providing between 9 to 13 grams of fiber and you need that for your muscles don`t you?

Beans are also high in complex carbohydrates and iron.By the way soluble fiber can help
lower your blood cholesterol.

And you know what?
Kidney beans, black beans, Pintos, Limas, you name the bean, the whole majority of beans are quite cheap and easy to prepare so it is a good thing to include them in your diet as a bodybuilder to grow bigger muscles.

The single downside on beans is flatulence, because beans have a type of sugar molecules that are also found in cabbage named oligosaccharides and because the human body digestive tract does not contain any anti-oligosaccharide enzymes, bacteria digests it thus resulting flatulence.

Don`t worry though, some bean flatulence aka farts won`t affect your muscles and neither your bodybuilding career.
