For playing the role of Thor, Chris Hemsworth required an amazing transformation with his physique at least (we can`t doubt his talent in acting) and for that transformation Chris really gave all his energy and dedication as you can see in the photos from the short gallery that i included in this article. You really have to be real focused on your workout routine and diet plan in order to get so much muscle mass as Chris Hemsworth did.</p>

<p>Chris Hemsworth was used to work out using machines like you see in the gym but Mike Knight made him train like an animal for brute force and pure strength in the muscles with.. can you guess? Well with <strong>logs, kettlebells, ropes, hammers</strong> and other alternative methods which train the core with intensity.</p>
<p>Chris trained with Knight for a period of 6 months and Knight made him train even on set making Chris Hemsworth to lift and even carry cast members to keep him in a pumped up shape.</p>

The main element for Chris Hemsworth`s muscle mass was his diet and he said in an interview that he used a lot of protein shakes, ate lots of chicken breasts and overall a lot of calories and food for those muscles. Chris Hemsworth also got rid of refined sugar and saturated fats in order to gain that muscle mass that we like.</p>

<p>These two actors are quite big and Sam Winchester`s (Jared Padalecki) height is about 6&#8217;4&#8243; or 1.93 m so you can understand how he got nicknames like: Sasquatch, Jare, J-Rod. Jared Padalecki is of Polish descent and was born on 19 july 1982 in San Antonio, Texas. Recently about 1 or 2 years ago Jared started working out.. and man what a workout! Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) got a real god like physique where muscles pop out of it and you can see that from the pictures/photos that are in the short gallery from this post.</p>

<li>Jared Padalecki`s favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough and he is lactose intolerant, but still eats these dairy products like the Cold Stone ice cream. Jared says it`s worth the tummy ache.</li>
<p>Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) packed 35 pounds of muscle with the help of Scot Mendelson the world bench press champion that made Jared do <strong>short</strong> <strong>intense</strong> and <strong>very powerful workouts</strong> mostly of pumping iron with very heavy weights for total muscle fiber activation.</p>

<p>This statement is ridiculous just like saying to a professional race car driver that the engine from his car will attack him <img src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_neutral.gif' alt=':|' class='wp-smiley' />  or whatever, you understand the analogy i hope <img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . There is no biological pathway for muscle to &#8220;turn into fat&#8221; but like all myths, this one has a grain of truth.</p>
<li> if you stop working out you lose strength and muscle mass, and that`s a fact.</li>
<li> exercise uses calories, if you stop working out and don&#8217;t decrease your food intake then you get fat.</li>
<p><span id="more-3442"></span>Put those two facts together and you`ll see why this myth got started. Making matters worse is that many bodybuilders thrive on the monthly gains and the endorphins produced so when they stop, mild depression can set in.  Many people overeat when depressed, making the transition from muscular stud to obesity quite rapidly.</p>
<p><center><strong>Let`s put aside the muscle turns into fat myth and talk about something that concludes to the same myth.</strong></center> <img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>When a steroid user gets injured (because of the rapid muscle growth, the addiction installed and the steroid-induced aggressiveness), his life can be destroyed because of the depression caused by the steroid withdrawal, depression caused by the fact that they cant work out and becoming something like the two facts stated up about the strength, muscle mass, and muscle turn into fat myth.</p>
<p>They continue to eat just as much (or more because of the depression) but don&#8217;t exercise and they rapidly get fat. This is one of the subtle problems with steroids that is related with the muscle turns into fat myth.</p>

He described how he built that chest with a hard workout in a classic quote and a classic routine from back in the golden era of bodybuilding.</p>

I&#8217;ll use the pyramid principle, starting with a lighter weight and going to a heavy weight with six reps for my chest. After that I’ll do barbell presses on an incline to hit the upper chest. These I like to do for 10 to 15 reps and get a good pump in my chest workout. After that I do dumbbell flyes on a flat bench to really stretch out my pecs and hit the inner part. And finally I’ll end my routine with dips, and I lean into these a lot for fully pump in the chest because this stretches out my pecs and gets a lot of blood in there. I won`t talk about prostaglandin but instead i will talk about the fish oils that can inhibit muscle recovery in immobilized persons.</p>
<p>Researchers from the Food and Nutrition Department at Seoul National University examined the effect of fish oils on muscle recovery in rats.<br />The rats were assigned like so:
<li>a fish oil group (rich in Omega 3 fatty acids)</li>
<li>the other group was assigned to a corn oil diet (high in Omega 6 fatty acids)</li>
<p><span id="more-2449"></span><br />The rats were immobilized for a few weeks and after the immobilization they were allowed to exercise their muscles. When a person is immobilized for certain reasons as fractures etc. the muscle that isn`t used anymore is going to atrophy, and in our case with these rats, the scientists are interested in the fastest way to rejuvenate and repair that muscle with a low degree of inhibition.</p>
<p>When the rat is allowed to exercise, the muscle has tension placed on it again and the researchers can examine the degree of inhibition in muscle recovery.<br /><center><strong>What type of fat inhibits less and allows for faster muscle recovery and muscle hypertrophy?</strong></center><br />Well after that experiment with the rats on corn and fish oil diet the results were something like so:</p>
<li> muscle weight and muscle protein content were restored faster by five days of remobilization in the corn oil group</li>
<li>muscle weight and muscle protein measurements did not significantly change until 13 days of remobilization in the fish oil group</li>
<p> In the article i saw some scientific details but this is what you need to know in large about this experiment; the findings (in rats) indicate that dietary fish oil inhibits the early stage of muscle recovery by suppressing the activation of anabolic pathway Akt–p70s6k signaling and prostaglandins synthesis.</p>

<p>It`s true that fruits contain vitamins, fibers and antioxidants wich protect us from various diseases, but a large quantity of eaten fruits isn`t recommended even if you want to build muscles.</p>
<p><strong>Specialists</strong> explain the phenomenon like so: People forget the fact that fruits have a high caloric value and they get to eat 300 calories in just minutes thus adding fat to their body (so fruits are good as a after workout high calorie food for your muscles). Those calories come in large proportion from <strong>fructose</strong> and its consumption doesn`t produce a feeling of fullness.<br /><span id="more-2347"></span></p>
<p>Now back to fat people and their fruit diets, fructose is converted into fat when in excess ( more than 3 glasses of fruit juice or 3 pieces of fruit daily) and that`s why fat people and even people with high cholesterol or diabetes don`t react correctly to a fruit diet.</p>
<p>You have to eat a variety of food to get all of the nutrients on the food pyramid and exercise in order to maintain a healthy weight, healthy muscles and remove excess fat.</p>
