I think a great majority of people know this sexy blonde “teacher” from youtube with the nickname HotForWords. Yeah.. after listening at what she said i found the subject interesting: Muscles!

Or at least i tried to focus on what HotForWords with the real name Marina Orlova says there in that video because.. that blonde girl HotForWords has a big rack i mean huge breasts, tits whatever as you can see in the video from the post (she looks like a pornstar.. or at least like she did some softcore porn). Anyway, returning to the subject of the day MUSCLES, i will quote what HotForWords says in that video from youtube named “Look At My Muscles” that gathered 2,866,829 vidaews till now, almost 3 million views on youtube!!! (probably from that constant zoom on her tits).

Susanne Niederhauser is another female bodybuilder with well sculpted muscles as you can see in the photos from the gallery and she decided to enter a gym together with her older brother Dieter at the age of 17. Actually Susanne Niederhauser was looking for a hobby as a change to the office job. Susanne was fascinated looking at photos with the trained bodies of “Anja Langer” and Cory Everson” from the beginning. When Susanne Niederhauser watched the first competition in autumn 1987 she knew that bodybuilding is her sport.

Susanne wanted to be a female bodybuilder and she wanted to compete some day. Eight years later this muscle girl did it.

Ups `n Downs in Bodybuilding Part 2

After 5-6 more months of training i`ve started putting some muscles and i met a girl. We started talking and we hooked up.I don`t know how i let her do it, but she made me forget about my dream of bodybuilding and she was rather jealous and that fact made me lose many opportunities. With the time passing by i`ve noticed that i`ve been skipping meals because i stood with her everyday and didn`t have the time to eat. That little factor made me lose about 50% of what i`ve achieved in the gym, so money and health gone for nothing.
After the usual things that happened in our relationship, like:

often fights

her unusually strong jealousy

catching her cheating on me

I decided: “No More!” and i broke off with her.

And you know what?

Every bad thing has an opposite effect!

My ex-girlfriends sister had a boyfriend and he was a K1 fighter that enjoyed bodybuilding as much as i did.(let`s call him Jim)
Jim was older than me and he had the answers for everything. I was sad after my separation with my girlfriend but he took me “under his wing” and told me all kinds of bodybuilder secrets that he learned in years of bodybuilding. We were also gym partners and Jim really had a huge impact on me.
Ohh another thing that i forgot to say; I was the kind of guy that talked a lot especially during training yeah yeah, that guy that you hate in the gym that just comes to talk and Jim was a little bit harsh or severe with me but i understood the fact that he was trying to make me focus on building muscles, not on talking and jerking around.

So he disciplined me and was a good friend.

I admire Jim, he really knows what he wants from life and takes it with a full hand.
But one day i decided that i want to take steroids, i thought i could be more happy and feel better about me but i will tell you about those steroids in another part ( to be continued)
