<p>No big deal but Thomas got <strong>shirtless</strong> on the June/July 2010 issue of Men’s Fitness, on stands now and here are some pics of him. Thomas Jane was interviewed and he told some <strong>personal things</strong> about his preferences and etc. like the fact that his old ritual was to have a six-pack of Guinness and half a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts waiting in his trailer after wraping a movie or the fact that Thomas, the man with muscles and money usually drives his Maserati by park benches that he had slept on when he was pour because he feels a small sense of achievement.<br /><span id="more-2733"></span></p>

<p>After the off season pose at the 2010 Npc Orange County, Jay Cutler said that he will win the 4th Sandow trophy, so i guess we should wish Jay a warm good luck with his bodybuilding career, and build bigger muscles!</p>

The trashy words don`t bother me so much as the bad behaviour of some people in the gym.</p>
<p>When you go in a gym and want to lift some weights, you need proper concentration, some music to get you pumped up, water(for hidratation) and a towel don`t you?</p>
<p><a href="http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/towel.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;p&gt;jpg"><img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1824" title="towel" src="http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/towel-300x300.jpg" alt="" width="180" height="180" /></a> A <strong>towel</strong> or two, are needed in the gym as my last coach said:&#8221; You can catch two rabbits in one shot&#8221; and the meaning of that is:</p>
<li>you protect the gym equipment from tearing itself when you put the towel under you, reducing friction</li>
<li>if someone has hemoroids and sits before you on a bench, his ilness can get transmitted very easy to you if you start an exercise on that bench without using a towel</li>
<li>towels are needed when you want to wipe your sweat or need to dry yourself after a warm shower.
<p>Something that i do agree with is <strong>shouting your guts off</strong> when you force yourself to do those extra reps, it`s perfectly normal and some scientists said that shouting gives you an extra 25% power so be an animal (but don`t exaggerate).<span id="more-1818"></span></p>
<p><a href="http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/sweat-1.jpg"><img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src="http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/sweat-1-150x150.jpg" alt="" title="sweat-1" width="150" height="150" class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-1827" /></a>Don`t get too friendly with someone when you`re <strong>sweaty</strong>, like hugging, shaking hands, and touching too much because as in the case of hemoroids it could be a big probability that someone has a skin disease and you won`t like to get one.</p>
<p>Respect others, and let them do their exercises correctly, don`t distract them cause you can have an unpleasant surprise (insult, etc), or you can injure him/her indirectly.</p>
<p>It`s all about behaviour, respect the gym, its personal trainers, the people who train there, be carefull when doing the exercises,  prevent yourself from getting a disease using towels and elementary thinking, and don`t shout too loud ! <img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /><br />
