<p>Jumping, running, being chased, you have to be pretty fit to do those things but on the stage the Jonas Brothers give their best to make the crowd be enthusiastic.</p>
<p>The Jonas Brothers are always on the road and that is physically demanding, especially with the fact that every country has different time zones. The Jonas Brothers have to be in their top health to be able to perform their best, so that`s why they started working out</p>
<p>Nick Jonas started lifting weights in 2008 i think, he`s a workout addict and he eats healthy i mean very healthy because at his money he hired a nutritionist and a trainer to gain those pure muscles and they follow him everywhere: gym, tours, concerts etc.<br /><span id="more-2156"></span><br />

<p>Do you know what i like at Nick Jonas?</p>
<p>Nick Jonas is aware of what he eats, puts in his body because when you get older the effects will show, so he doesn`t eat desert and he skips sodas to maintain his muscles with low fat. Nick Jonas has a daily routine wich involves gym workout, cardio (running), isometrics (core activation exercises).<br />
So because he`s working out, Nick Jonas is stronger, more confident, has tons of energy and he`s always ready to rock !<br />
I didn`t find too much information about his workout, and i apologize for that.</p>

Cam Gigandet is skinny compared to bodybuilders but he has a conditioned body and women adore this kind of physique.<br />
He`s just like a model in fashion magazines with a refined physique and crisp abs.</p>
<p>He had a small career as a football player (quarterback) but he realized that he doesn`t like it so much and his favorite exercises are swimming, and at the gym clean and jerks (he doesn`t master them).</p>
<p><strong>Cam Gigandet`s workout routine</strong></p>
<p>Cam got to a  6-8% body fat and he held it still for a few months by having a great workout.His workout is bodybuilder styled but he trains his physique with light weights and a lot of reps.It`s good that i found out what weights he uses in his muscle building routine.</p>
<p><strong>Monday- Chest</strong></p>
<li>3 sets– 25 push-ups</li>
<li>3 sets– nautilus presses (45 kg, 55 kg, 65 kg)</li>
<li>3 sets– nautilus incline presses (55 kg, 65 kg, 70 kg)</li>
<li>3 sets– pec deck machine (40 kg, 45 kg, 50 kg)</li>

<li>1/4 cup teriyaki baste and glaze sauce</li>
<li>2 Tbsp. lemon juice</li>
<li>dash white pepper </li>
<li>4 beef T-bone or Porterhouse steaks </li>
<li>1 Tbsp. Caribbean jerk seasoning</li>
<p>Prepare and preheat the grill. In a small saucepan, combine preserves, teriyaki glaze and lime juice and cook over low heat until it melts and combines, stirring frequently.</p>
<p>When ready to grill, rub the steak with jerk seasoning. Place it on the grill over medium heat 4-6 from coals. Cook for 12-18 minutes, turning once or twice and brushing with glaze during last the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Bring any remaining glaze to a rolling boil, boil for 2 minutes, and serve with steaks.</p>

<p>Synthol or other SEOs work by filling the muscle up with an oil substance.It is injected directly into the muscle whose size is to be increased. Synthol (SEO) is usually used to make a particular muscle that is not quite up to standard with the rest of the body look bigger, for example: a bodybuilder before a contest, injects it in the left bicep because he thinks his left bicep is smaller than the right on, or when he has smaller calves than the rest of the body.</p>
<p>One of the more popular SEOs is Synthol which was developed in the early 1990s by the German bodybuilder Christopher T. Clark to replace Esiclene which went out of production at the time.</p>
<p><strong> Synthol or other SEO (site enhancement oil) is not an androgen and contains no steroids but if you are not sure of using it, and you don`t have professional advice you could easily end up with an infection and die, be carefull!</strong></p>
