<p>Mickey Rourke had a hard role to play and that was the role of an <strong>wrestler</strong>, a wrestler that once was very popular but now being a <strong>middle aged man</strong>, &#8220;The Ram&#8221; (Mickey Rourke) sees himself as a lonely person with no one in his life, just some muscles, steroids, a couple of old age wrestling matches and his blond long hair that he takes care of.. but those muscles are the subject of this post about Mickey Rourke and his steroid usage.<br /><span id="more-2750"></span></p>

If Randy Robinson aka &#8220;The Ram&#8221; wants to continue living a longer period of time, he must abandon smoking, steroids and wrestling but he doesn`t on a short scale version!</p>
<p>The movie is very sad and gives you a <strong>perfect perspective upon life</strong>, <strong>steroid usage and hard, violent lifestyle</strong>. It is no doubt that Mickey Rourke worked hard for his role to gain that muscle mass. In fact, he had to train under <strong>ex-WWE wrestler Afa the Samoan</strong>.</p>
<p>As a answer for a question related to steroid usage, Mickey Rourke told the reporter:<br /><center><strong>&#8220;When I’m a wrestler, I behave like a wrestler.&#8221;</strong></center></p>
<p> Later in the interview, Mickey Rourke said that he trained hard and did not use steroids or human growth hormones in order to improve his physical appearance meaning his muscles. He just used new heavy duty supplements. That is debatable though, if Mickey Rourke lied on steroid use or not, still Randy Robinson aka &#8220;The Ram&#8221; injected steroids in order to gain strength and muscles as seen in a video scene before training, in the locker room at the local gym, after buying some steroids from a friend that was also a steroid dealer.</p>

<p>This workout is from a real insider information from his trainer that will build serious muscle mass and you should perform it if you`re on an advanced level because you can get serious injury if not, so if you are a beginner try a easier workout based on these exercises that Jake Gyllenhaal performs.</p>
<p> One of Jake&#8217;s workout was the French martial art of Parkour. Parkour involves jumping around roof tops, benches, beams, bridges, and anything else.</p>

<p><strong>What is a off season bodybuilder?</strong></p>
<p>Well, the term of <strong>off season</strong> is used for that period of time that is far away from bodybuilding competitions, approximately 4-5 months before them when the real bodybuilder`s nightmare begins with diets and lots of cardio.</p>
<p>Competitive bodybuilders try to make muscle gains in the off season (when they are not close to a bodybuilding competition, as seen in the photos below) and before the bodybuilding competitions (2-3 months before) they start losing body fat while keeping as much muscle as they can.</p>
<p>Off season training is geared towards gaining the most muscle size (as seen in the photos). Bodybuilding off season workouts are done hard and heavy by bodybuilders, using mostly basic exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, press over head, curls, etc.<br /><span id="more-2196"></span></p>
<p>Also the off season is a good time for trying new training techniques, supplements, etc. just look at the photos and you will be amazed of the mass bodybuilders gain in the off season.</p>

<p>In order to improve his physique and athletic abilities for the role of Ivan Drago, Dolph Lundgren trained intensely in bodybuilding and boxing shortly before the film was shot and weighed 245 pounds (111 kg) at his heaviest and had a lot of chiseled muscles.</p>
<p>In an interview with his co-star, Sylvester Stallone said about Lundgren: &#8220;During the filming of Rocky IV, Dolph had hit me so hard I had swelling around the heart and had to stay in intensive care at St. John’s Hospital for four days.&#8221;</p>

<p> So Dolph Lundgren is still keeping an edge over his age <img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  and i`m looking forward to see <strong>The Expendables</strong> (see his muscles and physique)</p>

I have been researching a lot on the net about steroids, benefits and side effects and after 3 weeks i had to choose between testosterone and dianabol (naposim).</p>
<p>The fact that testosterone is injectable didn`t scare me but, because it was illegal i couldn`t just go to a doctor and put him to inject it to me and i didn`t knew how to make a proper injection on my own.<br />I was afraid of touching a blood vessel or my sciatic nerve.. so i decided to choose dianabol (naposim).</p>
<p><strong> Arnold Schwarzenegger admitted to use dianabol (naposim) and that was encouraging wasn`t it?</strong></p>
<p> I knew all about the side effects and that it could affect my liver or the kidneys but i was willing to take a chance. After i told my friend Jim, he started telling me more and more things that i didn`t knew and he showed me examples.<span id="more-2010"></span></p>
<p><strong>Jim wasn`t pro or against it!</strong></p>
<p>He made me promise that i will think about it and so i did. After another week i started searching for providers and didn`t have enough confidence in them. Jim helped me get 5 packs of dianabol (naposim) with 20 pills per pack and that meant i would of get 5 pills per day:
<li> 2 in the morning</li>
<li> 2 at lunch</li>
<li>1 after training</li>
<p> I got 1 after training because the level of testosterone grows at its max in the evening and along with it grows the level of estrogen and with dianabol`s (naposim) help, the level will pass some barriers and the risk of gynecomastia gets higher too.<br />
So it was easy to think about it.</p>
<p><strong>Was it worth it?</strong></p>
<p>I guess yea.. because if i was following a strict diet i would of been shredded and godlike <img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Instead this is what happened:
<li>i ate a lot of french fries and fried meat. Did you know that fried chicken and fish have more fats than other meats, and if you boil and grill them the fats are minimum?</li>
<li>i didn`t drink plenty of water, just coke a lot. I was drinking 2 litres of coke a day (for maximum calorie intake).</li>
<li>i didn`t rest that much because i was foolish</li>

<p> For me it was a real fact, once at school someone said something and i cracked and jumped at him and started a fight.<br />Water retention was another side effect of dianabol (naposim).I felt like a sponge. I was euphoric all the time because i just felt great from the pills. My hair remained the same, but gynecomastia was pronounced with dianabol (naposim), still i had gynecomastia since i was 12.</p>
<p><strong>I got huge and powerful</strong></p>
<p> Another month passed and i`ve got from 62 kg to a considerable weight of 87 kg. From all that muscle mass of 25 kg, 15 were of fat.<br /> I`ve fought with Jim and i was on my own. I started to have lots of work at school and for two months i stopped training. I missed the gym so much <img onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" src='http://muscle.iuhu.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> .<br /> But everything got much better in my life.. summer came and i really had performance, but about that in another part ( to be continued)</p>

<p>and i agree with him.</p>
<p>Now Arnold Schwarzenegger is 63 years old and still hits the gym regularly, but what do you think an 63 year old man can do? Not much i can tell you for sure, still he looks better than other people at that age. He`s an icon but the the paparazzi and the magazines forget about the fact that everybody gets old!</p>

<p>Try this yourself, wear shorts (not long ones) to the gym and everytime you admire your freshly sculpted body you will suddenly be reminded that you do not look so good with those small and skinny legs.</p>
<p>Accept that this is a reality and you will gain new enthusiasm for training your legs and calves, because you need those big legs!</p>
